Chottangada P. Pemmaiah (84), a resident of Aravinda Nagar, passed away this afternoon. He is the brother of late Chottangada P. Chinnappa, former Director, Academy Newspapers Private Limited, the publishers of Star of Mysore. Pemmaiah leaves behind his wife Lalu (Machamada), son Chottangada Girish, daughter Mukkattira Geeta Harish and a host of relatives and friends. Cremation will be performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill tomorrow at 11 am.
