Chronic traffic rules violators

March 1, 2017

Sir,

In spite of vigilant checks by the Traffic Police at many vantage points, we still can see plenty of traffic rules violators. In the attached photo one rider appears to be of underage riding without helmet and the other rider has removed his vehicle registration number plate and also riding without  helmet.

The riders of vehicles without number plates are increasing  in Mysuru roads and the Traffic Police should go for a special drive to penalise and confiscate the vehicles plying without  registration number plates.

Apart from indulging in traffic rules violations, these riders may also get involved in criminal activities since they cannot be traced based on vehicle registration number.
