City Arm Wrestler bags titles at State-level Championship

City’s Arm Wrestler M. Raju, who participated in the 6th State-level Arm Wrestling Championship, organised by the Karnataka State Arm Wrestling Association at H.N. Auditorium in Bangalore University Campus recently, bagged the gold medal in 85 – 90 kg category and was conferred the Karnataka Bhima and Karnataka Karna titles at the Championship. Raju has bagged the overall titles continuously in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018. He is practicing arm wrestling at Body Zone Gym in Agrahara here with K. Vishwanath, Arm Wrestling General Secretary as his mentor and former coach.
