Mysore City Athletes felicitated University of Mysore Department of Physical Education (DPE) Volleyball Coach Dr. N.B. Suresh, Kho Kho Coach B.D. Kanthraj and Cricket Coach Dr. Mansoor Ahmed, who retired recently from the service, at Sports Pavilion, on the occasion of National Sports Day celebrations, for their yeoman service in the field of sports.

DPE Director P. Krishnaiah, International athlete M. Yogendra and S. Somashekar did the honours. K. Gururaj, Nanjappa, K. Gopinath, K.M. Kantharaj, Krishna Kumar, Leeladhar Nanjappa, Parashiva Murthy, Vinod, Mahadevaiah and other sports persons were present on the occasion.

Mysore Athletics Club (MAC) felicitated Dr. Pulikeshi Y. Shetteppanavar, University of Mysore Hockey Coach, who retired recently from his service, for his yeoman service in the field of sports.
