Mysuru: City-based veteran photographer S. Thippeswamy has received the prestigious international Bronze portfolio distinction (BPSA) of Photographic Society of America (PSA) for his ‘Elephants in Nature’ title, recently.

Speaking to Star of Mysore, Thippeswamy said, “In this portfolio ‘Elephants in Nature,’ I have shown various activities of the elephants in nature. I am happy that I am the first person in the world to present this type of elephants portfolio for the International distinction.”

Besides, Thippeswamy has received an international Honorary Doctorate conferred jointly by the Libertad Betancourt Foundation, America and the International Forum for Creativity and Humanity (IFCH), Africa, in recognition of his cultural impact and artistic excellency.
