Dr. K. Kumar, Mysuru’s senior Bharatanatyam exponent and Professor, was recently conferred with ‘Manjudasa’ State Award, in memory of the esteemed Vidwan K. Manjappa, during the 76th Annual Music and Dance Festival organised by Sri Muralidhara Sangeeta Nritya Mahavidyalaya, Mohana Tarangini Sangeetha Sabha, Bengaluru, at “Amma’s Courtyard” located on the second floor of the institution in Ullal, Bengaluru. He is seen with Natya Saraswati Vidu. Shubha Dhananjay, Violin Maestro Govindaraj and the institution’s Founder-Director Vid. Mohan Kumar.
