Sowmya Rani of Sowmya Nrithyashale, Mysuru, is seen receiving ‘Rashtriya Nirman Ratan’ National Award from former Deputy CM of Goa Ramakanth Dattaram Khalap for her Excellent Achievement in Bharathanatyam as former Ambassador Dr. V.B. Soni look on. The award was given by Global Achievers Foundation, New Delhi, during its annual event held at Goa.
