City lad Abhilash selected for AIFF referees course

Mysuru lad M.S. Abhilash, who is presently doing his Sports Management course at SDMIMD, Mysuru, has been selected by the All India Football Federation (AIFF), for the AIFF Project future referees training course of 2019.

Abhilash is the only Mysurean selected for this training along with four other upcoming referees from Bengaluru (two men and two women). The selections for the course was held at Gwalior in MP from Jan.7 to 9.

The AIFF sends invitation to all the State Association’s for the selections and this course will promote the upcoming referees and train them for two years in four courses by conducting camps. They will also provide opportunity to get trained under premier skills which is hosted in India by the British Council and English Premier League. Selected Referees: M.S. Abhilash from Mysuru and R. Roshanth Kumar, S.M. Koushik, S. Pooja and Harsha Saini from Bengaluru.
