City’s De Paul Intl. School swimmers fare well

De Paul International Residential School’s swimmers Jiwon Kim, Dominic James, William Shaju and Nikhil Prasanth fared well in the Karnataka State ICSE & ISC Schools Association (KISA) Swimming Championships held at Basavanagudi Aquatic Centre in Bengaluru recently.

Swimers Jiwon Kim, Dominic James & William Shaju earned selection for the ASISC National Swimming Championships to be held at Valsad, Gujarat from Sept. 30 based on their excellent performance in the pool. The swimmers were trained by coach S. Sundaresh.

Results:  Jiwon Kim-  Gold in 50m Freestyle, Gold in 4x100mts Freestyle and Silver in 100mts Butterfly event.

Dominic James – Gold in 4x100m Freestyle and silver in 100mts Freestyle.

William Shaju- Gold in 4x100m Freestyle and silver in 100mts Breaststroke.

Nikhil Prasanth- Gold in 4x100m Freestyle and bronze in 50mts Back Stroke.
