City artist Ganjifa Raghupathi Bhat (extreme right), who painted the portrait of Mahatma Gandhi in 10 minutes during the live demonstration at the prize distribution function of the 17th State-level Postal Painting Competition held at Mahotsava Sabhabhavan in Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala on Sunday, is seen with Dharmadhikari Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade and actor Mukyamantri Chandru.
