Mysuru: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has cancelled his planned visit to Chikkaballapura and Ramanagara today (Feb. 2) due to sudden pain in the left knee.
According to officials, the CM experienced acute knee pain and was promptly taken to Manipal Hospital for a check-up. The pain is reportedly linked to a previous surgical treatment for a ligament tear, which resurfaced.
Despite the discomfort, the official reassured that it was a minor issue and there is no cause for major concern. Doctors have advised Siddaramaiah to rest at home for the next two days without any travel. As a result, all of his scheduled programmes for the day have been cancelled.
