CM to inaugurate Silver Jubilee of Vidya Vikas on Nov. 28

Mysuru:  Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy will inaugurate the Silver Jubilee celebrations of Vidya Vikas Educational Trust (VVET) at its sports grounds on Bannur Road  here on Nov. 28 at 10 am. Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji will grace the occasion.

Former Union Minister and MP Dr. M. Veerappa Moily will inaugurate the auditorium. Higher Education Minister G.T. Devegowda will preside.

Mayor Pushpalatha Jagannath, MP Pratap Simha, MLA Tanveer Sait, MLCs K.T. Srikantegowda and Marithibbegowda will be the chief guests.

President of PES Education Trust, Mandya, Dr. H.D. Chowdaiah and President of Academy of Liberal Education, Sullia, Dr. K.V. Chidananda will be felicitated on the occasion.

The valedictory will be held on the same day at 5.30 pm which will be graced by Sri Adichunchanagiri Mahasamsthana Mutt Seer Sri Nirmalanandanatha Swamiji.

Deputy Chief Minister Dr. G. Parameshwara will deliver the valedictory address. MP R. Dhruvanarayan will preside. Tourism Minister S.R. Mahesh, MLCs Sandesh Nagaraj and R. Dharmasena will be the chief guests.

Former MLA and Chairman of VVET Vasu and Secretary V. Kaveesh Gowda will be present.
