CME on Mechanical Ventilation

Mysuru: As part of World Anaesthesia Day, Sigma Hospital and Getinge India Company had jointly organised a Continued Medical Education (CME) on Mechanical Ventilation titled ‘Breathe Easy’ in city recently.

A total of 70 Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurses from hospitals in and around Mysuru attended the programme. Prof. G.S. Shashidhar, Principal of Gopala Gowda Nursing College, inaugurated the training programme.  Getinge (MAQ) India, a ventilator company, Marketing Head Radesh Kumaravel presided. 

Dr. Krupa Subramanya, Intensivist, Dr. Vinutha Raman, Senior Anaesthetist from Sigma Hospital and Dr. Prathibha Matche explained about mechanical ventilation with live workshops.
