CM’s tour of district on Mar.5 and 6

Mysuru: Chief Minister Siddharamaiah will tour the district on Mar.5 and 6. The CM, who will arrive at Mysore Airport  in Mandakalli at 10.30 am on Mar.5, will leave for Nanjangud, were he will lay the foundation stone for Shadi Mahal and other developmental projects in the town at 10.45 am.

The projects include works taken up under Nagarothana-3 scheme and development of Citizen’s School Road in the town.

The CM will also inaugurate Kanaka Community Hall in the premises of Kanakadasa Sarvajanika Vidyarathi Nilaya Trust, following which he will leave to Gundlupet by road at 11.30 am, from where he will fly to Jayapura in Mysuru taluk at 2 pm, and address Jayapura hobli-level Congress workers meeting.

Then he will take part in the valedictory of the ongoing Udyoga Mela at Maharaja’s College Grounds in city at 5 pm on Mar.5. The CM will thereafter unveil the statue of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa at in Ramakrishnanagar at 7 pm and stay overnight in city.

On Mar.6, the CM will take part in the lottery draw for allotment of site numbers at Lalithadripura North Layout at a programme organised by MUDA at Lalitha-drinagar (North) at 10.30 am, following which, he will inaugurate the new DC’s office that has come up in German Press premises in Siddarthanagar at 11 am. He will thereafter dedicate the newly built 350-bed Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences & Research at 12 noon.

The CM will lay the foundation stone for upgradition of Government PU College located in Morarji Desai Residential School premises at Hosakote in Nanjangud taluk.

Coming back to the city, the CM  will inaugurate the new Nephro-Urology Complex in K.R. Hospital premises and later inaugurate KPTCL’s 66/11 KV Gas Insulin Station at Dhobighat on Swimming Poll Road and Kukkarahalli Lake in Saraswathipuram, Trauma and Super-Speciality Hospital  in Jayadeva Hospital premises on KRS Road and 100-beded MCH Hospital. Thereafter, the CM will lay the foundation stone for Yoga College, following which he will lay the foundation stone for Soligara Bhavana at Kyatamaranahalli in city.

Siddharamaiah will later lay the foundation stone for Gandhi Vichara Parishat at the MUDA site close to Apollo Hospital at 3.30 pm, following which he will take part in the Centenary celebrations of the Muslim Co-operative Bank on New Sayyaj Rao Road at 4.30 pm.

The CM will thereafter inaugurate the new City Police Commissioner’s Office building at 6 pm, and will fly back to Bengaluru from Mysore Airport.
