Shree Harsha (second from right) is seen releasing St. Philomena’s College Bulletin titled ‘Philo Bulletin’ during the ‘Philo Fest 2023-24’ organised by the college’s Cultural Committee at the college premises in city on May 8. This Bulletin gives a glimpse of all activities conducted by the Cultural Committee, to mark the Celebratory year. Mr. & Ms. Philo and various cultural events were held as part of the Fest.
