The goodness of this ancient practice, which provides a holistic approach to wellness, is often underrated. At Columbia Asia Hospitals, we believe in the power of Yoga and its influence on the body and mind.”

“The online Yoga session was our effort to spread positivity during the stressful time presented by the pandemic, drawing people towards this traditional method of deriving energy by focusing on not just the physical aspects but also the mental elements,” said Dr. Gautam, who conceptualised the event.

“The COVID-19 pandemic and associated lockdown processes have put immense pressure on physical and psychological well-being of people.
