Mysuru City Namdhari Gowda Sangha has organised Pratibha Puraskar, community gathering as well as matrimonial meet of prospective brides and grooms of the community at Heritage Club, Vijayanagar in city on Jan. 5, (Sunday) from 10.30 am. President of Sangha’s Central Zone C.G. Nagaraju will inaugurate. Former President of Karnataka State Seed and Organic Certification Agency D. Sundardas and Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies G.R. Vijaykumar will be the chief guests. Sangha City President M.N. Somashekhar will preside over the event. As part of Community Gathering, fancy dress contest has been organised for children belonging to the community from Mysuru city and taluks aged from 6 to 12 years as well as fashion show for unmarried women belonging to the community of Mysuru city and taluks aged 18 years and above, followed by matrimonial meet of prospective brides and grooms of the community.
