Complaint lodged against chit fund fraud

Mysuru: In the third case, a complaint has been lodged against a woman for not giving the chit amount despite the tenure of the chit is completed. The complaint has been lodged by Sowbhagya, a resident of Siddarthanagar, against Indira, a resident of the same locality.

Sowbhagya had enrolled herself for the chit with Indira for Rs.2 lakh by paying Rs.10,000 per month. 

Sowbhagya had paid the monthly chit amount from Jan. 2016 to June 2016. But when it was the turn of Sowbhagya to receive the chit amount, Indira failed to give the amount, following which Sowbhagya has lodged a complaint at Nazarbad  Police Station.
