Complaint against three for collecting money in guise of providing job

July 20, 2017

Mysuru: A person has lodged a complaint against three persons who had collected money from him for getting a job and failing to do so.

The complaint has been lodged by Maharudrappa against Yogitha Sharma, Vijay and Maharaja Singh at K.R. Police Station.

Maharudrappa, after completing his education, was looking for a job and came across www.shine.com, a website offering jobs in various companies and had uploaded his resume in the web portal. On May 23, Maharudrappa received a call from Yogitha, Vijay and Maharaja Singh, who told him that he has got a job besides asking him to deposit Rs. 81,000 to their bank account so that they could send his appoint order and had given Maharudrappa the account number.

Though Maharudrappa deposited the said amount, he did not receive the appointment order even after several months despite him asking for the same or to refund his money.

He later lodged a complaint of cheating at K.R. Police Station.
