Mysuru: A complaint has been lodged at a city Police Station against a youth for threatening a girl to marry him.

According to the complaint lodged by the parents of the girl, the youth, identified as Sunil Kumar, a native of Kerala, befriended the girl, who is pursuing her final year degree course, over the phone and later began to pester her to marry him besides threatening her.

Mandi Police, who have registered a case in this regard are investigating.
