Computer, electronic gadgets stolen

July 19, 2018

Mysuru:  Miscreants, who gained entry into Siddalingapura Gram Panchayat (GP) office by breaking open the door, have decamped with a computer and other electronic items from the office.

Panchayat Development Officer (PDO) Boregowda, after closing the office on July 15 at about 5 pm, left for his house.

The next day morning, he got a call from the owner of the tea shop adjacent to the GP office, who tells him that the door of the office is open.

Boregowda then rushed to the office only to find the computer and other electronic gadgets worth thousands of  rupees stolen.

He immediately lodged a complaint at the jurisdictional Metagalli Police Station in  this regard.
