Mysuru: Breakthrough Science Society, Karnataka, in association with Kuvempu Institute of Kannada Studies (KIKS), University of Mysore, has organised a joint meeting on Jan. 7 at B.M. Sri Auditorium of the  Institute in Manasagangothri at 10.30 am to condole the death of Science Writer Prof. J.R. Lakshmana Rao, who passed away in city recently.

KIKS former Director Prof. T.V. Venkatachala Shastry, ‘Bala Vignana’ Chief Editor Srimathi Hariprasad, Science Writer Nagesh Hegde,  KIKS Director Dr. Preethi Srimandar Kumar, Prof. Lakshmana Rao’s daughter J.L. Anuradha and Breakthrough Science Society Advisor B. Ravi will be the guests.

Society’s State President G. Satish Kumar will preside.
