Mysuru: Anjuman-e- Taraqi Urdu Hind, Mysore Unit has organised a condolence meeting on Oct. 24 at 3pm at Madrasa-e-Ashraf Ul Uloom, Kesre, Mysuru  in memory of Dr Hashim Ali, Former Chairman. Head of the Department of Urdu, University of Mysore who passed away recently.

The Meeting will be Presided by Urdu Poet Dr. Abdur Rahman Khan Gauhar Tarikervi.

Dr. Wahab Andleeb, Former Chairman, Karnataka Urdu Academy will be the chief guest. Syed Ahmed Rahil, Former Secretary, Anjuman-e-Taraqi Urdu Hind, Mysuru Unit and Prof. Syed Manzoor Ahmed, former Secretary, Anjuman-e-Taraqi Urdu Hind , Mysuru Unit will speak on Dr. Hashim Ali, Raghutham Rao Desai, former Member, Karnataka Urdu Academy will participate in condolence meet, according to  a press release by Syed Munawar Hussain, Office Secretary, Anjuman-e-Taraqi Urdu Hind, Mysuru Unit.
