Conmen held for cheating people with fake rice-pulling equipment

Mysore/Mysuru: Devaraja Police have arrested four persons on charges of cheating people through fake rice-pulling equipment and have seized the fake rice-puller from them.

The Police, who raided two rooms of a hotel on Dhanvantri Road on Sept. 26, arrested 57-year-old M.G. Chandramohan of Chennai in Tamil Nadu, 50-year-old T.V. Ibrahim of Thennala village at Malappuram in Kerala, 49-year-old K.R. Girinadhan of Bengaluru and 40-year-old M. Gopi of Bengaluru. The accused use to show videos of rice-pullers stored in their mobile phones to lure people and cheat them to the tune of lakhs of rupees.
