As part of Children’s Day celebrations, Yashaswini Mahila Sangha (Women’s wing of Babbur Kamme Sangha) will be conducting  painting  and devotional songs contest for children, at its premises on Sahukar Channaiah road, Saraswathipuram, at 2.30 pm on Dec.10 (Saturday).

The painting contest will be held under two categories — Children in the age group of 5 to 10 years (paint anything  of their choice) and for  those in the age group of 11 to 16 years (Topic: Festivals). The contest will be of one hour duration.

The devotional songs recitation (Devaranama) contest will be held for children in the age group of 5 to 16 years. Each participant will be given three minutes duration.

All the participants will be issued a certificate. Last date for registration of names is Dec.8.
