Stray horses left freely by owners are causing a lot of problems at Siddalingeshwara Layout in J.P. Nagar as they come all of a sudden in front of moving vehicles besides standing in front of the gates forcing residents to stay indoors. The residents have urged the authorities concerned to take steps to control stray horse menace at the earliest.
