Cooch Behar U-19 Cricket Tournament: Gujarat, Karnataka settle for a draw

Gujarat secured the vital first innings points by virtue of their vital 54-run first innings lead, as the four-day Cooch Behar Trophy U-19 tie against Karnataka, ended in a draw at the SDNR Wadiyar Stadium here yesterday.

Scores: Gujarat 217 & 265 in 114 overs (L.M. Kocher 88 n.o., S.S. Suryal 39, Supreet Bagga 35, V.A. Solanki 35, Abhishek R. Desai 21, Shubhang Hegde six for 53, Aditya Goel two for 15) drew with Karnataka 163 in 76.4 overs & 106 for seven in 69 overs (Pandya Hitanshu three for 32, S.S. Suryal three for 28).
