Cops create awareness among students on ‘Drug and Mobile Phone Addiction’

Mysuru:  Sumukha Independent PU College, Hebbal, had recently organised a programme to create awareness on ‘Drug and Mobile Phone Addiction & its Effects’ among Pre-University students  at the college premises.

The programme was conducted by the Hebbal Police Station headed by Sathyanarayana, Assistant Sub-Inspector and his team mates Mahesh Hosmani and Suresh Kambal.

The event also covered the  following topics: Traffic sense and Road sense; Awareness about being a minor and a major; Roles and responsibilities of students in society; Clarity on how to be aware of strangers, according to Ramya Venkatesan, Principal, Sumukha Educational Institution.
