The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Mysore Chapter, has organised a two-day Seminar on ‘Emerging Compliance under Companies Act, 2013 and Related Corporate Laws’ tomorrow (Mar.15) from 10 am to 4 pm at ICSI House, #125, NHCSL Layout, Metagalli. Dr. N.S. Rangaraju, former Chairman and Professor, University of Mysore, will be the chief guest. C.S. Bhagwan Das Mohta, Practising Company Secretary, Bengaluru and M.G.
