‘My Country – My People’ event held at Mahajana

Under the series of ‘My Country – My People’ programme, SBRR Mahajana First Grade College, Jayalakshmipuram, in association with FISA-M (Federation of International Students Association, Mysuru), had organised an  International Students Meet at its campus on Mar. 24.

Special invitees from Mongolia, Afghanistan, South Africa and Uganda spoke about their country’s culture and tradition.

Prof. Janardhan, Director, International Centre, University of Mysore and Prof. Niranjan Vanalli, Registrar, Karnataka State Dr. Gangubai Hangal Music and Performing Arts University were the chief guests.

Dr. Ramesh, CEO of Mahajana Education Society, Ranjitha, Convener of International Students Guidance Cell and staff were present on the occasion.

Emmanuel, President of FISA-M, who organised the event, was also present at the event attended by a large number of International Students from various colleges.
