Court extends Judicial Custody of Mohammed Nalapad by 14 days

Bengaluru: The First ACMM Court here yesterday extended the judicial custody of Mohammed Haris Nalapad, son of Congress MLA N.A. Haris by another 14 days till April 17.

Mohammed Haris Nalpad was arrested for the alleged brutal attack on a businessman’s son L. Vidvath at Farzi Cafe in UB City on Feb. 17.

Nalapad, who is cooling his heels at Parappana Agrahara Jail, was produced before the Judge through video conferencing. The judge extended his judicial custody.

The First ACMM Court has refused him bail again and has asked the continuation of judicial custody of Nalapad and his six associates. Thus Nalapad will have to spend 14 more days in Bengaluru Central Jail.
