COVID relief beneficiaries’ Helpline

Mysore/Mysuru: A helpline for artistes to apply for seeking Rs. 3,000 as one-time COVID relief announced by the Government recently, was launched at the Dasara Exhibition grounds here yesterday. 

KEA Chairman Hemanth Kumar Gowda issued acknowledgment to 50 artistes at a programme organised under the aegis of Jeevadhara Graduates Association at the venue.

Speaking on the occasion, Hemanth Kumar Gowda said that the Helpline will help beneficiary artists to apply for the relief (Rs. 3,000 each) through the Government’s ‘Seva Sindhu’ portal.

Pointing out that apart from artists, other  beneficiary  occupational workers such as washerman, hairdressers, mechanics, loaders, gold workers, bar benders, pot makers etc., can apply through this Helpline to avail the Govt. announced relief of Rs. 2,000. Beneficiaries should carry Aadhar Card, Bank passbook, occupation certificate and their photograph for availing the services of the Helpline launched to assist beneficiaries in applying through Seva Sindhu.
