CPK to be felicitated on his birthday

Mysuru: Veteran Littérateur Dr. C.P. Krishnakumar (CPK) will be felicitated on the occasion of his 79th birthday at a programme organised by Akhila Bharatha Sarvajana Samskrutika Prathishtana at Rotary Hall on JLB Road at 4.30 pm on Apr. 8.

Announcing this at a press meet here yesterday, Prathishtana President Dr. Jayappa Honnali said four works of CPK namely — ‘Lokamata Nivedita’, ‘Angayalli Alankarashastra’, Angayalli Kuvempu’ and ‘Angayalli Sri Ramayana Darshanam’ will be released on the occasion.

Mysuru Ramakrishna Ashram’s Swami Gnanayoganandaji will grace the occasion.

Senior writer Prof. K. Bhairavamurthy will felicitate Dr. CPK, he said and added that Dr. Nataraj Jois, Dr. D. Thimmaiah, Nagachandra, D. N. Lokappa and K.C. Omkarappa will deliver the felicitation address.
