Mysuru:  International Cricket Icon, Venkatesh Prasad, also known as Bapu Krishnarao Venkatesh Prasad, is in city.

Venkatesh Prasad, presently the Head Coach of Mysuru Warriors Team at the ongoing  KPL tournament in Mysuru, who is also the Deputy General Manager of Canara Bank, accompanied by Srinivasa Murthy, Senior Manager, Canara Bank – Head Office visited several branches in and around city for propagating wide range of products and services offered by the Bank.

After interacting with customers and Branch staff, he reiterated the importance of good customer service  which is the only way to retain the existing and valued customers.

During his visit to Branches, Venkatesh Prasad  handed over the self-autographed cricket miniature bats to some of the select customers who are the top contributors of the recently held business campaigns.

K. B. Geetha, Assistant General Manager and other Executives of Regional Office,  who accompanied the cricketer, said that his visit to the Branches has enthused the staff to improve the customer service.
