CSIR-CFTRI (Mysuru) team wins Thacker Memorial Tennis Championship

CSIR-CFTRI (Mysuru) team won the Thacker Memorial Tennis Championship 2023 held at The National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology, a constituent laboratory of CSIR (NIIST), Trivandrum, Kerala, recently.

CFTRI team, comprising R.N. Ramesh (Captain), Dr. Arun Kumar, Girish Ghiwari and M. Shivakumara  exhibited a wonderful game of play and in finals defeated NIIST, by 2-1 to win the Team Championship.

Individual Championship

R.N. Ramesh won the Individual Championship defeating Dr. Snehashish Behara of CSIR – Institute of Minerals and Materials Technology (IMMT), Bhubaneswar, in the finals by  8-5.
