Cyclothon for fuel conservation

Deputy Commissioner D. Randeep is seen flagging off Cyclothon in front of Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple in city this morning.

Mysuru:  Saksham Cyclothon Mysuru, in association with Indian Oil, GSSS Institutions, Maharaja Institute of Technology and other organisations, had organised a 5km Cyclothon in city this morning with a theme ‘Use cycle for health’ to create awareness among people on conservation of fuel.

The cycle rally was flagged off by DC D. Randeep in front of Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple,  which passed through Hardinge Circle and Karanji Lake, before culminating near Mysuru Dairy in Siddarthanagar. Over 300 people participated in the event.

Vidyavardhaka Institutions Secretary P. Vishwanath, Event Organising Committee Members Radhakrishna, Naveen and others were present during the occasion.
