Kudur Inspector Dalagowda arrested Babu from his Queens Road office yesterday. A case of dacoity case was registered at Tavarekere Police Station and the accused in the case had confessed of giving the stolen booty to Babu. Based on the information provided by the accused, notice was served to Babu to appear before the Police and as Babu failed to appear, the Police obtained a ‘Body Warrant’ and took Babu into custody for questioning.
