Damaged UGD repaired but debris uncleared

October 6, 2021

Sir,

The underground drainage (UGD) right in front of my house was damaged and I called the area Corporator for help. Our Ward 6 Corporator SBM Manju immediately came to the spot to inspect and then instructed his team to do the needful. The repair work was completed in a couple of days, thanks to the swift response by the Corporator.

However, now even after 15 days, the debris has not been cleared. I am really surprised that even after numerous phone calls, action has not been taken.

I once again request the authorities concerned to arrange to clear the debris immediately.
