Mysore/Mysuru: As part of Dasara, the Dasara Ahara Mela Sub-Committee has invited applications from interested food vendors for setting up stalls at  the Dasara Food Mela to take place at Maharaja’s College Grounds or Scouts and Guides Grounds from Sept. 22 to Oct.2.

Food vendors, hotels and restaurants, individual food caterers  and organisations, who sell variety of local and non-local dishes (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian), can apply.

The prescribed application forms are available at Hootagalli CMC Office, opposite SRS, Hi-Tension Double Road, Hootagalli, Hunsur Road. The last date for applying is Sept. 9.

Artworks invited

 The Dasara Fine Arts and Crafts Sub-Committee has invited a variety of artworks from artists to be displayed during the 5-day State-level Dasara Arts expo to take place at CAVA (Chamarajendra Academy of Visual Arts) premises in Siddarthanagar from Sept.26 to 30.

Professional and amateur art works in forms such as painting, sculpture, graphic arts, photography, applied arts etc., are invited. The vest three artworks in each section will be awarded prizes. The interested artists can download the prescribed entry form from the website  https://cavamysore.karantaka.gov.in  or https://mysore.nic.in.
