Mysore/Mysuru: To clear extra rush of passengers in view of Dasara Festival, South Western Railway (SWR) has decided to run Dasara special train between Mysuru – Dharwad and back and Mysuru – Bijapur and back as listed below:

1. Train No. 06205 Mysuru to Dharwad will run two trips journey commencing on Oct.22 and 24. The train will depart from Mysuru at 22.35 hrs and arrives in Dharwad at 08:00 next day. Enroute the train will have commercial stoppages at Krishnarajanagar, Holenarsipur, Hassan, Arsikere, Kadur, Birur, Chikjajur, Davangere, Harihar, Ranibennur, Byadgi, Haveri and Hubballi.

2. Train No.06206 Dharwad to Mysuru will run two trips journey commencing on Oct. 23 and 25. The train will depart Dharwad at 11.15 hrs and arrives in Mysuru at 21.30 hrs on the same day. En-route the train will have commercial stoppages at Hubballi,  Haveri, Byadgi, Ranibennur, Harihar, Davangere, Chikjajur, Birur, Kadur, Arsikere, Hassan, Holenarsipur and Krishnarajanagar.

Train No.06205 & 06206 will have a composition of one AC two tier, three AC three tier, eight Sleeper and four second seating coaches.

3. Train No.06203 Mysuru to Bijapur will run a single trip journey commencing on Oct. 20Oct via KSR Bengaluru. The train will depart Mysuru at 17.30 hrs and arrives in Bijapur the next day at 10.00 hrs. Enroute the train will have commercial stoppages at Mysuru, Mandya, Ramanagaram, Kengeri, KSR Bengaluru, Yeshwantpur, Tumkur, Arsikere, Birur, Davangere, Harihar, Haveri, Karajgi, Hubballi, Hole Alur, Badami and Bagalkot.

4. Train No.06204 Bijapur to Mysuru will run a special trip, journey commencing on Oct. 21 via Hassan. The train will depart Bijapur at 11.45 hrs and arrives in Mysuru next day at 11.45 hrs. Enroute the train will have commercial stoppages at Bagalkot, Badami, Hole Alur, Hubballi, Karajgi, Haveri, Ranibennur, Harihar, Davangere, Birur, Arsikere, Hassan, Holenarsipur and Krishnarajanagar.

Train No.06203 and 06204 will have a composition of one AC two tier, three AC three tier, 8 Sleeper and 4 second seating coaches.

Revision in timing of Dasara special trains running between Mysuru-Chamarajanagar and Mysuru-KSR Bengaluru.

1. Train No.06597 will now depart KSR Benagluru at 17. 00 hrs and arrives in Mysuru at 20.15 hrs and in return, Train No.06598 will depart Mysuru at 20.30 hrs and arrives in KSR Bengaluru at 23.30 hrs. These special trains will have services from Oct. 20 to 24 to clear extra rush.

2. Train No.06283 Mysuru to Chamarajanagar will now depart Mysuru at 20.45 hrs on Oct. 24 and arrives in Chamarajanagar at 22.40 hrs.and in return direction Train No.06284 will depart Chamarajanagar at 23.00 hrs on Oct. 24 and arrives Mysuru at 01.00 hrs the next day.
