Dasara Sports Meet for senior citizens

Mysuru:  The Department of Women and Child Development, in association with Senior Citizen Sakala Seva Kendra Trust and Karnataka State Retired Employees Association, will be conducting Dasara Sports Meet and Cultural Contests for senior citizens shortly.

The sports meet will have pot-breaking and 200 mts walk for both men and women aged over 60 years.

The events will be held under three categories — 60-70 years, 71-80 years and 80 years above.

The cultural contest will feature mono acting and folk songs for all three categories.
