Mysuru:  The second edition of Mysore-in-a Market, a Day-Night Flea Market featuring brands from across the country, specially curated Food Area and Live Music,  will be held on Oct.20 from 11 am to 11 pm at Scouts and Guides Grounds behind DC’s Office in city.

It will also feature a kids’ activity zone-cum-play area and a separate zone for pets, who are both encouraged to be brought along to the market.

“The aim is to give Mysuru city its own unique flea market and Mysureans a unique experience in intense shopping, lip-smacking food and live entertainment — all clubbed together under one roof for a day-night market on a scale like the city has never seen before,” said Nidhi Shah, Organiser of Mysore-in-a Market.

The market will have brands selling products in decor & home accessories, pets & grooming, jewellery, healthy food, men’s & women’s apparel, plants & gardening, quirky merchandise, art installations, health & wellness and many more.

Apart from shopping, there will be a specially curated  food area with food trucks and live food counters serving a variety of cuisines to feast on. Added to this will be an all-day DJ & MC, a stage for entertainment by an artist and a live band from Bengaluru in the evening.

A part of the proceeds from ticket sales at the market will be made over to the market’s Cause Partner, ‘The Little Sisters Of The Poor, Mysore’ — a charitable organisation and retirement home in Mysuru.
