Mysore/Mysuru: With the withdrawal of notification for MCDCC (Mysuru-Chamarajanagar District Co-operative Central) Bank Executive body  polls that was to take place on Nov.4, 2023, for want of updated electoral rolls, the Deputy Commissioner (DC), who is also the District Electoral Officer, has asked the Co-operative Societies and all other Co-operative bodies coming under the Bank not to submit delegate forms. In a press release, the DC said that all member Co-operative Societies, bodies and agencies coming under the MCDCC  bank have been asked not to submit delegate forms until further notice.

Though a direction was issued in this regard earlier,  the member bodies have continued to submit delegate forms, in violation of the direction. Hence this reminder has been issued once again to member Co-operative bodies asking them to stop submission of delegate forms until further notice.

Also, the hitherto submitted delegate forms that are in violation of the directive, will become invalid, the release said.
