Mysuru: JCI Mysuru Vijaya Kesari had organised a special workshop called ‘Wise Management’ at Veg Kourt on Sri Harsha Road in city for school managements and principals under the leadership of JC. Yadunandana, President of JCI Mysuru Vijaya Kesari.

DDPI Mamatha, who inaugurated the event, spoke about problems faced by children, importance of teachers, scarcity of teachers, responsibilities of management etc. She also suggested the management to share their problems with the DDPI.

JCI India Zone 14 Secretary JC. Deepak Jain was the chief guest. The workshop was led by pilot faculty, International trainer Arun Bandodkar.

The co-pilot faculty was educationist  Govind Dandin, who dwelt on major problems of the management like scarcity of teachers, how to handle teachers, attrition in school, ego clashes in a extreme way with examples.

Research Education & Academic Development (READ) Head for Marketing Prakash also spoke.
