Deadline extended to apply for K-CET

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has extended the deadline for submission of application forms to K-CET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) for admission to under-graduate professional courses (B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc (Ag), B.Pharma, Pharm D etc.) in Colleges across Karnataka State from Feb. 17 to Feb. 22.

 Thus far, more than 2.9 lakh students have applied for K-CET and 2.5 lakh of them have paid the prescribed fees. With the extension of the deadline for K-CET exam application, the deadline for payment of fees too has been extended till Feb. 24, according to KEA Administrative Officer Islauddin J. Gadyal.
