Decomposed body found near Varakod Gate, murder suspected

Mysuru:  A decomposed body of an unidentified man has been found in a bush near Varakod Gate on T. Narasipur Road yesterday.

It is suspected that someone may have killed the person elsewhere and dumped the body here about four to five days ago.

The unidentified man is said to be 60-years-old and may have died in an accident or may have been murdered as his one hand and a leg was found broken.

Varuna Police, who have registered a case in this regard, have shifted the body to MMC&RI mortuary and have urged the kith and kin of the deceased to contact Varuna Police Station on Ph: 0821-2594411 or call District Police Control Room on Ph; 0821-2418612.   

Unidentified person dies at K.R. Hospital

The Mysuru Railway Police, who had found an unidentified person lying sick at City Railway Station on Jan. 14 and admitted him to K.R. Hospital, has died on Jan. 26 after failing to respond to the treatment.

The unidentified person is 5.6 ft. tall, oval faced and wheatish complexioned. The body has been shifted to MMC&RI mortuary.
