Deficiency in postal service at Ramakrishnanagar area

February 6, 2018

Sir,

For the past several weeks residents are not receiving their postal articles addressed to them in Ramakrishnanagar ‘I’ Block area. Residents of the area are facing much inconvenience because of non-delivery of the postal articles.

Many residents have not even received their postal mail containing vital and important communications, since November 2017. This area is administered by the RK Nagar Post Office, Mysuru – 570022, who have been apprised of the problem, but yet with no result in sight.

Could the officials concerned in the Postal Department at Mysuru take note of this deficiency in services urgently, and take appropriate steps to rectify the problem and restore regular service to the area?

– Concerned residents, Ramakrishnanagar I-Block, 3.2.2018
