KSOU VC Prof. N.S. Ramegowda chief guest, KSOU Registrar Prof. Lingaraja Gandhi and chief editor and head of the Department of Studies and Research in Education Dr. N. Lakshmi will be present, Cauvery auditorium, KSOU premises, 3 pm.
