July 24, 2020

Tirupati: The TTD has decided to perform ‘Varalakshmi Vratam’ at the Padmavathi temple at Tiruchanur on July 31 on the  virtual mode.

In view of the lockdown imposed in Tirupati, the TTD has announced that the vratam will be performed ‘in private’. However, the rituals will be telecast live on the Sri Venkateshwara Bhakti Channel (SVBC).

As a large number of devotees are keen on participating in the ritual online, the TTD has allowed them to book tickets by visiting from July 22 to 30.
