Differently abled students excel in State-level Sports Meet

The following students of JSS Polytechnic for the Differently Abled, Mysuru, won eight Gold Medals, two Silver and one Bronze Medal in the Athletics Division during the 43rd State-level Inter-Polytechnic Sports Meet jointly organised by the Department of Technical Education, Government of Karnataka and Government Polytechnic, Bagalkot, at the District Stadium in Bagalkot:

K.U. Darshan (2nd sem CS) – 1st prize in 100 mts Wheelchair Race; Agineti Sharath Kumar (6th sem CS) – 1st in Chess; Sindhu (6th sem CS) – 1st in Lemon & Spoon 50 mts Race and 1st in Shot-put; Salmabhanu (6th sem CS) – 1st in 100 mts Wheelchair Race; Rohith Shankarappa Shindhe (2nd sem AR) – 1st in Shot-put and 1st in Lemon & Spoon 50 mts Race; Gagana (2nd sem EC) – 1st in Chess; Archana (6th sem EC) – 2nd in Shot-put and 2nd in Lemon & Spoon 50 mts Race; Ranganath (6th sem EC) – 3rd in Lemon & Spoon 50 mts Race.
